At the 10th round of the 2025 FIM Motocross World Championship held in Teutschenthal, Germany, KTM dominated the event, with Jeffrey Herlings securing his first overall victory of the season. Andrea Adamo also won again in the MX2 class.

The weekend started under dry skies but ended in rain and mud. However, the changing weather couldn’t stop KTM’s charge. In the MXGP class, Herlings took 2nd place in the first moto and claimed victory in the second, riding his KTM 450 SX-F. It was a big comeback after injury setbacks. His win marks his return to form—and a strong message to the competition.
Lucas Coenen, Herlings’ Red Bull KTM teammate, earned second overall with a 1st-place finish in the opening race and a 2nd-place in the next. The 18-year-old impressed again and now sits just 37 points off the MXGP red plate—proving that KTM leads MXGP with rising talent.
In the MX2 class, Andrea Adamo was dominant. He placed 1st and 3rd in the two motos, demonstrating strong control and consistency on the KTM 250 SX-F. The win moves him back to the top of the championship standings, proving KTM’s leading position in MXGP.
Rising Stars and Experience
The results in Germany show KTM’s perfect mix of youth and experience. Herlings, a five-time world champion, relied on clever strategy and precise riding to claim his victory. Next stop: Latvia. The sandy track in Kegums will be another test. But with their current form, KTM leads MXGP into the second half of the season with confidence.
Adamo currently has a narrow 3-point advantage in MX2. Coenen is pushing hard in MXGP. Herlings is rising fast in the standings.
