Bajaj Auto has launched the Chetak 3201 Special Edition in India, an electric scooter priced at ₹1.30 lakh (ex-showroom). The special edition of Chetak 3201Premium variant, is available exclusively on Amazon.in at ex-showroom cost of ₹1,40,444/- with delivery time of 30days.

Design and Features of Chetak 3201

The Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition comes in Brooklyn Black and features a ‘Chetak’ decal on the side panels. Enhancements over the base variant include scuff plates and a dual-tone quilted seat. Further, enhancing the durability and elegance is the solid metal body. Moreover, considering the weather conditions in India, Bajaj has ensured IP67 water resistance enhancing the durability.

Battery and Range

Maintaining the same 3.2kWh battery pack as the Premium variant, the Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition offers an improved range of up to 136 km on a single charge. Further, compared to the ARAI-certified 127 km of the Premium model offering a top speed at 73km/h. It takes around 5hrs 30 mins for a single charge.

Technological Upgrades

The Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition includes a TFT display with customizable themes, turn-by-turn navigation, music control, and call alerts. It also comes with the TecPac software package, offering features like hill hold control and a “Sport” ride mode.

Moreover, its priced at ₹1.30 lakh, the Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition faces competition from TVS iQube S (₹1.45 lakh), Ola S1 Pro (₹1.34 lakh), and Ather Rizta Z (₹1.45 lakh), all prices being ex-showroom figures.
