2026 Nissan Pathfinder: Design Updates
Nissan gives the 2026 Nissan Pathfinder a stronger and more modern look. The SUV now carries updated front and rear fascias, satin-finish exterior badges and a new Baltic Teal color option. Inside, Nissan adds a redesigned dashboard with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and embossed “PATHFINDER” branding under the display.
Higher trims, including SL and Platinum, receive black roof rails, new 20-inch wheels and refined interior materials. Further, the Platinum grade stands out with new seat quilting patterns and elegant wood-tone trim.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder: Interior Comfort
The cabin of the 2026 Nissan Pathfinder remains spacious and flexible. It seats up to eight, or seven with optional captain’s chairs. Nissan’s LATCH AND GLIDE® system makes third-row access easier, even with a child seat installed. Cargo capacity ranges from 16.6 cubic feet behind the third row to 80.5 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded.
Upgraded Technology
Nissan boosts driver convenience with more standard tech. All grades now feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. Moreover, the wireless phone charger has been upgraded with cooling and a power increase from 5W to 15W.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder: Advanced Camera Views
The Nissan Pathfinder offers a class-exclusive HD Intelligent Around View Monitor. New Front Wide View provides a 180-degree front perspective while the Invisible Hood View helps drivers “see through” the hood for precise wheel placement in tight spaces.
Engine and Capability
The SUV keeps its reliable 3.5-liter V6 engine, producing 284 hp (or 295 hp on Rock Creek) and 259 lb-ft of torque. A smooth 9-speed automatic transmission remains standard. Intelligent 4×4 models include seven drive and terrain modes such as Sand, Mud and Tow.
Towing Power
When properly equipped, the 2026 Nissan Pathfinder can tow up to 6,000 pounds. A towing package is available on SV, SL, Rock Creek and Platinum grades.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek
The Rock Creek variant returns with rugged styling and off-road capability. Moreover, it features an off-road-tuned suspension, increased ride height, all-terrain tires, a tubular roof rack and unique interior trim. A new Rock Creek Premium Package now adds a panoramic moonroof, wireless charging, heated steering wheel and more.
