Audi is boosting its digital offering with a new Audi Disney+ integration that brings the popular streaming platform directly into the cabin. The feature transforms the in-car environment into a connected entertainment space for passengers.
Audi Disney+ Integration Enhances In-Car Experience
The latest update allows Audi customers to install and access the Disney+ app through the built-in Audi Application Store. Users can simply log in with their existing accounts to enjoy movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and more.
Content can be streamed on the main MMI display when the vehicle is stationary or on the optional passenger screen while in motion. The rollout covers 43 global markets, including Europe, Asia, the U.S., Australia and New Zealand. Audi currently offers the feature in its newest A5, Q5, A6, A6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron models.
The Audi Application Store, developed with CARIAD, works independently of a smartphone. Customers only need a myAudi account and a data connection, making the system simple and seamless.
Audi Disney+ Integration Extends Into Cinematic Storytelling
Audi Disney+ Integration Appears in TRON: Ares
Further, Audi also strengthens its presence in entertainment through its appearance in the new film TRON: Ares. Two Audi models are featured in the movie, reflecting the brand’s blend of futuristic design and digital innovation.
A character played by Hasan Minhaj drives an Audi Q8 e-tron, while another uses a fictional rally-inspired Audi model that pays tribute to the brand’s motorsport heritage. The film explores a clash between digital and real worlds, connecting naturally with Audi’s tech-forward identity.
Audi’s Commitment to Connected Mobility
The integration of Disney+ into Audi vehicles highlights the company’s vision of delivering premium digital experiences. Alongside its presence in global film productions, Audi continues to advance toward fully networked mobility. Especially with strong product portfolios, new technologies and a growing global footprint.
