Robert Consani and Benjamin Lariche clinched the GT4 European Series Silver title at the Nürburgring after a tense second race. The duo did just enough to secure the crown despite intense pressure from rivals.
GT4 European Series: David and Duran Secure First Win
While the Silver title fight drew attention, Hadrien David and Jan Duran delivered a standout drive. The Matmut Évolution pair drove their Toyota GR Supra to claim their first GT4 European Series triumph. Starting from pole, David kept the lead at Turn 1 and built a gap over Gabriele Piana in the Borusan Otomotiv BMW.
Duran then maintained control after the driver change, resisting pressure from Berkay Besler and later handling a safety car restart. Their calm and controlled performance ensured a lights-to-flag victory.
GT4 European Series: Pro-Am Shake-Up
The Pro-Am category saw a major shift. Stanislav Safronov and Aleksandr Vaintrub delivered a fourth straight win for Mirage Racing in their Aston Martin Vantage. Despite a strong early charge from Cindy Gudet in the Matmut Évolution Toyota, Safronov’s late move secured the top spot.
Ex-leaders Joachim Bölting and Hendrik Still faced difficulties, allowing Mirage Racing to take charge of the Pro-Am standings ahead of Barcelona.
GT4 European Series: W&S Motorsport Dominate Am Class
In the Am class, Max Kronberg and Daniel Blickle enjoyed an impeccable weekend. Driving for W&S Motorsport, they claimed another clear win to strengthen their championship position. Blickle led from pole before passing the car to Kronberg, who extended the gap to seal the win. Their strong form puts them ahead of rivals Antoni de Barn and Jean-Mathieu Leandri, who lost ground after a pit penalty.
Season Finale Awaits
The GT4 European Series, powered by RAFA Racing Club, moves to its season finale at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on October 10-12. With titles still open in Pro-Am and Am, fans can expect another weekend of high drama.
