Maruti, Honda, and Mahindra Updates
While Kia, Tata, and Hyundai have already announced their revised car prices, brands like Maruti Suzuki and Honda are yet to reveal the updated pricing. On the other hand, Mahindra and Mahindra has taken an early lead by offering customers the GST benefit from September 6, 2025, instead of the official rollout date of September 22, 2025. This move is expected to give Mahindra an edge in the festive season sales.
Market Impact of Revised Car Prices
Industry experts believe that the reduction in GST has provided auto brands with room to pass benefits directly to customers. Therefore, with revised car prices across popular models, buyers will boost bookings this festive season. Lower ownership costs, combined with attractive finance schemes, will likely boost overall demand in the passenger vehicle market.
