New 2026 KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro Gets Race-Ready Features

2026 KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro

KTM has officially launched the 2026 KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro, the latest evolution of its championship-inspired Enduro machine. Designed for extreme terrain, this model blends race-winning engineering with advanced updates that push performance to new heights.

KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro: New Graphics and Design

The 2026 edition carries KTM’s bold racing identity with fresh graphics. It features the classic orange frame paired with black and white accents, along with orange anodized PowerParts. Further, the design reflects the rugged nature of the KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro, ensuring it stands out on the track and trail.

Suspension and Hardware Updates

Riders will notice significant improvements in suspension. The 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge fork has been enhanced with preload basevalve adjusters, lighter springs, and a new pressure reservoir. The updated WP XPLOR PDS rear shock balances the setup, while a one-piece hydro stop ensures smoother handling. These refinements also cut overall weight by 200 grams, giving the KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro an edge in competition.

Performance and Cooling Enhancements

KTM has focused on durability and efficiency. The CPC fuel connector now includes a protection cap to keep dirt away and prevent damage. The cooling system benefits from a new radiator cap with a standard thread and a factory-fitted radiator fan, delivering better heat management during extreme rides.

Hardenduro-Specific Features

As its name suggests, the KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro is tailored for extreme challenges. It comes equipped with exclusive Hardenduro components, including:

  • Factory wheel set with orange hubs
  • Ribbed factory seat and map-select switch
  • Skid plate, pull straps, and closed handguards
  • Floating front brake disc and solid rear disc
  • Black anodized CNC triple clamps and engine hangers
  • These elements make the bike race-ready straight from the factory floor.

The KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro will roll off the Mattighofen production line in September 2025 with Euro 5+ homologation. Moreover, enthusiasts can visit their nearest KTM dealership for details on local availability.
