The New Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R
The new BS6 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R was unveiled in India on the 4th of April 2021. The first bikes being sold in Mumbai and Pune. The Anzen Kawasaki Mumbai, the authorized vendors of the Kawasaki motorbike premiered the event following all the Covid protocols under a controlled environment that featured only a limited number of participants. Our team at Moto Gazer were among the few spectators who witnessed the pomp.
The Mumbai ZX 10R launch featured the handover of two bikes purchased by two sports bike enthusiasts from Mumbai one of whom was Mr. Vicky Jaising who claimed his second ZX 10R this year. He brought his first Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10 R in the year 2017 and yet he is back again to get the new edition of the same racing bike which is quite astounding. Vicky Jaising is the owner of Performance Racing Store a reputed dealer for brands like GoPro, Akrapovic, Arai, Carrozzeria, and many more and is based out of Mumbai.
Surely, Anzen Kawasaki seems to retain its customer loyalty. Kawasaki is a brand well known for its creations inbuilt with a fierce racing DNA. It is meant to deliver high-class performance on racing circuits, elegantly like a Ninja. The newly launched 2021 Ninja ZX 10 R seems to have obtained some interesting tweaks.
The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10 R represents the future of design and compatibility. The riding ergonomics are optimized for the new generation race heads. It comes with integrated winglets, and air ducts that reduce air drag and improve performance. The new sparkling lightweight LED headlights on its upper and rear cowl design look splendid. A 4.3” compact digital instrument panel with a colour TFT screen that displays power modes and rider modes with switch buttons that can be turned on and off at the handlebar showing the level of the throttle or braking force you apply while riding. Also, it has Bluetooth and mobile device connectivity.
The new Ridelogy app developed by the Kawasaki team is meant to enhance the digital capability of the bike giving better user experience and riding features to the rider. It has four riding modes – one manual riding mode which can be set from 1 to 4 and three other riding settings being road, rain, and sport.
Features like cruise control, smart braking, traction controls, bidirectional quick shifter, and optimized cornering capability makes the new Ninja ZX-10R a competition for all the other sports bike in the market.
