Stuttgart, Germany – Responding to the surging demand for efficient and dynamic e-hybrid powertrains. Porsche is bolstering its Panamera sports saloon lineup by introducing the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera 4S E-Hybrid variants. These plug-in hybrids not only deliver impressive acceleration and driving performance. But also highlight Porsche’s commitment to strong E-Performance as part of its broader strategy.

Efficiency and Versatility: Panamera 4 E-Hybrid

Emphasizing efficiency and versatility, the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid combines a new e-hybrid system with a revamped 2.9-litre V6 biturbo petrol engine, resulting in a system output of 346 kW (470 PS). Further, the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 secs. . Generating a maximum torque of 650 Nm, reaching a top speed of 280 km/h. Notably, the purely electric range of this model increases to an impressive 96 kilometers in the WLTP cycle.

Driving Dynamics and Power Delivery: Panamera 4S E-Hybrid

For enthusiasts with a focus on driving dynamics and sustained power delivery, the Panamera 4S E-Hybrid takes center stage. With a 2.9-litre biturbo six-cylinder engine delivering 260 kW (353 PS) and a system output of 400 kW (544 PS), the Panamera 4S E-Hybrid accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in a swift 3.7 seconds, boasting a top speed of 290 km/h.

Enhanced Performance: Improved E-Hybrid Models

Compared to the previous generation, all Panamera E-Hybrid models showcase improvements in electric range, charging speed, throttle response, and overall driving performance. The new high-voltage battery, with around 45% more capacity at 25.9 kWh, enables faster charging times, now at two hours and 39 minutes. The innovative active suspension, equipped in all variants, enhances traction, cornering performance, and overall comfort.

Optimized Driving Modes: A Smarter E-Hybrid Experience

Porsche has introduced four optimized E-Hybrid driving modes, along with improved Sport and Sport Plus modes, ensuring the efficiency of the E-Hybrid models. The Panamera’s standard equipment includes athletic design elements, 19-inch wheels for the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid. Further, distinctive features such as matrix LED headlights and a continuous taillight.

Now Available for Order: Deliveries in Q2 2024

Both the Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera 4S E-Hybrid are now available for order. Further, with deliveries in Europe scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2024. The extended standard equipment includes ParkAssist, a cooled smartphone tray for wireless charging, and options like rear-axle steering, Remote ParkAssist, Porsche InnoDrive, Passenger Display, and air quality systems. The Executive body style with a longer wheelbase shall be available in specific markets. Especially, featuring options like four-zone automatic climate control and a large center console.
