The SUZUKI KATANA is powered by a 999cc 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC. It generates 112 kW (152 PS)@ 11,000 RPM power and 106 N-m @ 9,250 RPM torque. The Suzuki KATANA is armed with Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) comprising a variety of advanced electric control system. S.I.R.S. features Suzuki Traction Control System (STCS), Low RPM Assist, Ride-by-Wire Electronic Throttle System, Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS), and Suzuki Easy Start System.

Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.)

The STCS provides a wider selection of 5 mode settings (+ OFF) with diverse variety of riding styles and conditions. Additionally, it results in great confidence in the rider, irrelevant of the experience, while reducing stress and fatigue.

The SDMS offers a choice between three different modes that change the output characteristics.
