India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors recently announced that it has bagged a whopping order of 1000 buses exclusively from the Haryana Government.
The Principal Secretary To The Government from Haryana’s Transport Department, Mr. Navdeep Singh Virk confirmed the occasion and said that he stands in the utmost belief that the new buses will work in line to ease the inter-state transportation processes. He also added that the buses will be beneficial to the stakeholders alongside offering great comfort to the passengers.
Supporting the announcement, the Vice President of the Product-Line Buses of Tata Motors, Rohit Srivastava added
“We’re pleased to have won the largest and prestigious order from the Haryana Roadways. Further, this shall fortify our partnership with the State Government of Haryana and offer modern public transport to the people of the state. We are committed towards modernizing public transportation in India and offer best-in-class comfort and efficiency with our buses,” he continued.
In accordance with the contract, Tata Motors will be supplying a set of the 52-seater ‘BS6’ diesel buses gradually.
