MINI India celebrates its 10th anniversary in India with the all-electric MINI 3 Door Cooper SE launch.
The all-electric MINI redefines urban life. Persuaded by its roots, accelerating yet iconic, a true trailblazer. The all-electric MINI changes the face of mobility and pursues MINI’s tradition of utilizing the creative use of urban space with a vision of the future.

MINI shall be a complete electric brand worldwide post-2030. The MINI 3-Door Cooper SE commences the futuristic journey of MINI as an ‘Electric E-commerce Experience’ brand. The all-electric MINI 3-Door Cooper SE is the first model to merge electromobility in an urban set-up with the hallmark MINI brand characteristics. The design, dimensions, space and interior ambience is determined by the conventionally powered MINI 3-Door Hatch.

Exterior

The electric Mini’s design blends modern aesthetic aerodynamic lines with attractive signature details. Moreover, the dynamic lines and a crisp, clean style synergize with the wide track and short overhangs giving the MINI 3-Door Cooper SE its rigid athletic look. Further, enhancing its unique presence on the road is the striking ‘Energetic Yellow’ prominence. The sleek, captivating front grille gets a very modern perception, embodying the MINI history and the future. The all-electric MINI is designed to complement energetic city life and amplify the driving experience.

The new striking side scuttles with LED indicators and the Energetic Yellow ‘S’ logo enhance the appearance. Additionally, the mirror caps in Energetic Yellow and new design features of the Piano Black exterior offers an even more individual appearance. The exclusive 17 inch / 43.18 cm Electric Power Spoke alloy wheels is also outlined in Energetic Yellow. Resulting in a complete all-electric MINI’s sleek design. The electric Mini comes in four unique exterior colours White Silver, Moonwalk Grey, Midnight Black and British Racing Green.

INteriors

The interior gets the exclusive MINI Electric Interior Surface. With sports seats with Cloth/ Leatherette blended Upholstery in Black Pearl/ Carbon Black. The new multifunctional steering wheel in Nappa Leather features more functions yet a lower number of control surfaces. The new 5-inch digital Multifunction Instrument Display in a sleek Black Panel design displays key driving information. Moreover, it is accompanied by an 8.8” high-resolution, full-color touchscreen. In addition, the audio control unit and hazard warning function switch and driver assistance systems are integrated amicably in the circular control unit. Additionally, the finely unified lighting strips and spots create ambient lighting setting the mood for every drive. Moreover, the ‘Energetic Yellow’ on the start and stop toggle switch, gear lever and unique badging on door sills strike the perfect blend.

Performance

The MINI Electric generates 184 hp/135 kW and a max torque of 270 Nm, the electric MINI accelerates from 0-100 km in 7.3 secs. Further, with a battery capacity of 32.6 kWh and a range of up to 270 km offers the next level of driving experience. Further, the MINI 3-Door Cooper SE assures fast and hassle-free charging 50 kW DC Charger – 80% in 36 mins, 11 kW AC Charger – 80% in 2 hours 30 minutes and 2.3 kW AC Charger– 80% in 9 hours 43 minutes.

Additional Features

The electric MINI comprises of fully loaded features including MINI Wired Package with Navigation System, enhanced Bluetooth mobile preparation, Wireless Charging, Multifunctional Instrument Display with Apple CarPlay® and Harmon Kardon Hi-Fi Speaker System.

MINI Driving Modes enable a personalized vehicle set-up for driving comfort, enhanced sportiness or efficiency according to the driver’s preference. In addition to the standard MID mode, a choice of SPORT and GREEN mode is also available. Driver Assistance Systems comprises of Cruise Control, Rear View Camera, Park Distance Control and Tyre Pressure Monitor.

The electric MINI features state-of-the-art safety technology. The standard safety equipment includes front passenger airbags, 3-Point Seat Belts, Brake Assist, Dynamic Stability Control. In addition to Anti-lock Braking System, Crash Sensor, Run-flat tyres, Cornering Brake Control and Rear-View Camera. The basic MINIMALISM technology comprises of auto start and stop function, active cooling air ducts, brake energy recuperation and electromechanical power steering.

Further, the ex-showroom cost of the all-electric MINI 3-Door Cooper SE is INR 47,20,000. Additionally, MINI India will be delivering the all-electric MINI to the pre-launch booking customers.
